Where I plan to blog but end up complaining

I planned to spend time this evening visiting your blogs and posting a long post of my 2015 so far.

Instead there is much tooth gnashing as I undo 9 billion knots and lament the potential of going out of the FA cup.

Don't ask how it happened. The knots not the football.

Normal service to be resumed shortly, meanwhile enjoy a picture of my knee and my very cosy slippers.

  1. Yes, I have been there, several times recently. Dog is all I am saying. I hope you managed to wind the ball up again, it looks like a nice yarn.

  2. Yes. How does it happen!! Being a new owner of a wool winder, if you are able to get one I can recommend them, but you do have to take the knots out first, but it does then get the yarn back into some semblance of order. Good luck sorting it out! xx

  3. I feel your pain, I've done this far too many times. I don't even have a dog, I've like Christina, I manage it all by myself. I do hope you're still in the FA cup. CJ xx

  4. Oh, dear. I understand. Sometimes I end up on the verge of tears with a knotted ball of yarn. It's no fun. I hope you got through it okay.

  5. In this house that would be the work of a whippet, usually the one called Finn!

    Good luck with the unknotting.

  9. I know it's weird but I find unknotting wool really relaxing. I once untangled a whole mess that my friend made when she tried to knit straight from a skein, before instead of making a ball. x
