Shame we saved our park outing for Sunday when it poured down! :)The Creative Academichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02438707871350549392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7669321052517553257.post-37557602650582665582014-03-04T11:36:59.547+00:002014-03-04T11:36:59.547+00:00It was a very successful weekend I think. I know lots of people have to do the solo parenting thing...we just need to have 'plans' so I can manage :)The Creative Academichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02438707871350549392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7669321052517553257.post-49490802840726302222014-03-04T11:35:49.275+00:002014-03-04T11:35:49.275+00:00Fortunately the supermarket wasn't too bad! I don't mind it now but found it very hard when my two were small. It's a while since I've been to Roundhay Park. We're in west Leeds so it's not really near enough to pop in, but it's such a lovely space. (I love Silks too - yay for the new series!) xGillian Roehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05080123177116154219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7669321052517553257.post-1478687719366178082014-03-01T20:18:58.070+00:002014-03-01T20:18:58.070+00:00The picture is beautiful, even if unrelated. :) I ...The picture is beautiful, even if unrelated. :) I feel for you having the weekend alone with the children; my husband travels for his job and I'm alone with my two a fair amount. I think your weekend plans sound great; you should be able to get a few things done and enjoy time with the girls, while letting them run off some energy, which should make your job a little bit easier. :)Jennifer Hayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04685253944514672324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7669321052517553257.post-61425676642982208022014-02-28T15:24:12.967+00:002014-02-28T15:24:12.967+00:00Hello!

Doing it alone (little ones don't count - apart from obviously making it difficult) is doubly bad news. Good luck!

I'm a sucker for a nice mug. Probably explains why we have so many mismatched ones in the cupboard. And I'm the only one in the house who drinks tea or coffee. Hope you find a nice one.

TV, knitting and a clear-out all sound like wonderful weekend pursuits to me. And I hope you do get out somewhere nice. We visited Harlow Carr a few years back in a very mild October. I'd imagine it's pretty at this time of year too. Try to talk your friend out of bringing the dog! Oh, and if you do go - take lots of photos!

Have a lovely weekend xxSarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08038836502384520598noreply@blogger.com
